Hi there, my name is Kristin, but many people know me as Miss Kristin.

 

I'm a Montessori educator trained to work with children between the ages of 3 and 6. I love working with children in one-on-one and small group settings! My goal is to help children feel safe, regulated, and supported in their concentration so that they can become confident and independent readers and lovers of learning.

I offer explicit and systematic phonics-based instruction with a set of beautiful, engaging, hands-on materials to support a fun and joyful learning experience.

As new parents, nurturing a child through the complexities of the education system has its challenges. Choosing the right path requires constant attention. Ms Kristin and the Montessori method was a natural choice.

She has the sensitivity and presence of mind that creates instant trust for a parent. Her ability to meet a child where they are at any given moment and guide them through the learning process is inspiring to watch. Thanks to her unique Montessori approach and all the work elements she brings, our daughter's learning was both consistent and visible everywhere in her life.
